How many people can The Studio accommodate?
The Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests depending on your setup. Please schedule a tour to make sure your needs can be met.

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We DO NOT have a kitchen or fridge for use so please plan accordingly.

How much does it cost to rent The Studio?
Our pricing starts at $75/hour for private use of The Studio for meetings or events.

For Co-working which is not private we charge $10/hour. 
 

What are the rules for using The Studio?
The general rules are simple:

-Respect the space.
- Clean up after your event.
- Follow our noise guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
- No smoking inside the premises or within 10 feet of doors and windows.
- Alcohol is permitted with prior approval and appropriate licensing.

How do I book The Studio?
Booking is easy! We use a third party booking site, Peerspace, you can request to book online HERE or call us at

What amenities are included with the rental?
The Studio offers ample natural light, high-speed internet, 2 beautiful bathrooms, comfortable client meeting areas, versatile classroom spaces, a lounge for relaxation, multiple furniture including tables and chairs, some lighting equipment for photography and videography is available, projector and screen, secure storage for equipment, on-site parking, and climate control.

 

Are there any additional fees to be aware of such as cleaning fee?

We use a third party booking service called Peerspace. Peerspace does charge a processing fee that is a percentage of your total. This fee goes directly to Peerspace, you can get more details on their site.

We trust that you will leave the space as you found it and do not charge a separate cleaning fee unless the space requires additional cleaning or repairs after you leave. We reserve the right to charge additional fees per our policies.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample free parking available.

Can I tour The Studio before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour to see the space and discuss your event needs in person. An appointment for tours is required. You can book a complimentary tour by calling 509-531-1653

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type and length of the booking. Please check out our listing on Policy page for more info or check out Peerspace.

Can I book the space for more than one day?
Yes, you can book The Studio for multiple days. We offer flexible rental options to accommodate your needs. Please contact us for more details and availability. If booking online, add each hour you wish to rent separately. Don't forget to include time for set up and clean up.

What types of photography and videography do you NOT allow?
We do not allow any photography or videography that may be considered pornographic, couples boudoir, or anything involving firearms, smoking or recreational drugs (legal or not). If you have questions about what is allowed, please contact us before booking. 509-531-1653

​Is the space private?

The Studio shares its space with a retail boutique, separated by a floor to ceiling curtain, so depending on the day and time of your booking, the boutique may be open. However, we ensure visual privacy with floor-to-ceiling curtains that separate the studio area from the boutique. Additionally, there is a private entrance to The Studio, providing an exclusive and discreet environment for your booking. If you choose the Private Meeting or Event option you will be the only renter at that time. 
Co-working rentals are not private and there may be others renting the space at the same time.
