What is The Studio?

The Studio is a thoughtfully designed co-working space created for professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want a beautiful, productive place to work, meet clients, and connect with others. We offer flexible coworking options in a calm, inspiring environment—without the overwhelm of a large, corporate coworking space.

What co-working options do you offer?

We offer 2 options for co-working. This allows you to choose what fits your workflow—whether you need a consistent home base or a space you can drop into as needed.

• Monthly co-working memberships-$500 per person/month add an employee for $100/month-

                                                            -Unlimited number of co-working hours, available 7 days a week *some restrictions may apply

• Day passes for flexible, occasional use, subject to availability -$50 per person/per day  

                                                            -Monday-Friday 8am-6pm limited availability

• Ability to reserve the Studio Space and Lounge for private meetings

• Ability to reserve the whole space for large workshops and classes

• Unlimited access during business hours, with after-hours access available by scheduling

Are there private offices?

We do not offer dedicated private offices or reserved desks. The Studio is intentionally designed as a shared, open co-working space with semi-private areas (Studio Space & Lounge) separated by floor to ceiling curtains, suitable for focused work and client meetings. These areas may be reserved by members at any time.

Day use/Non members may not reserve these spaces unless special arrangements have been made.

Can I rent The Studio for an event?

Members- have the ability to book events in the Studio Space &/or Lounge via our member app. For larger events members have the option to book the whole space upon approval. Each member receives 16 hours of free private space bookings with their membership and a discount rate for additional time.

Can I meet with clients at The Studio?

Members-Members may invite a "guest" to meet them in the co-working space for up to an hour at a time, if more time or privacy is needed members may book the Lounge or Studio space.
Day Pass/Non-Members-Day pass/Non-members are not permitted to have guests/clients. Non members may book one of our semi-private spaces where you could meet with guests/clients, please call 509-531-1653 to inquire about availability
 

​Is The Studio quiet?

The Studio is designed for productivity, but it is a shared space. Most days are calm and focused, but some natural background activity is to be expected. Headphones are strongly encouraged.
For filming or recording content, we cannot guarantee complete silence.

Can I make phone or Zoom calls?

Yes—just be mindful of others working nearby. Headphones are encouraged, and we ask members to keep voices at a respectful volume.

Can I bring guests?

Members-Guests are welcome for short visits (up to one hour) in the co-working area , provided they do not disrupt others. Extended meetings or frequent guests may require booking a designated space like the Lounge or Studio Space.

Day Pass/Non-Members-Guests are not permitted

Are children allowed in the co-working space?

Children are not permitted in the co-working area. Children may be present in reserved Studio space or Lounge only if attended to at all times and not disrupting members.

What are the hours?

Members-have unlimited access to the Co-working space 7 days a week 8am-6pm 

* Members may access the space outside of standard hours provided the space is not booked for private use or events or maintenance.

* Hours may be adjusted for private events, or maintenance.

Day Pass/Non-Members may get a pass that grants them access Monday-Friday 8am-6pm *we do not offer "walk ins" pass must be purchased in advance online.

Do I need insurance to use The Studio?

Yes. Members must carry either business or homeowner’s insurance and list Faith Hovde and The Studio as additionally insured.

Is the space monitored?

Yes. The Studio is monitored 24/7 with video and audio recording inside and outside the premises for safety and security purposes.

​

Can I promote my business to other members?

We love collaboration—but not pressure. Soliciting or pitching services to members is not permitted outside of designated bulletin boards or approved events.
